Welcome and Thanks for taking the time to stop by! These days are trying with the war going on and loved ones getting sick and many other things that I created this cross. I gave it to my family that is so far away for Christmas last year. They were a hit. Everyone wanted to buy them and now I wanted to offer it to my readers and friends who love the Spiritual Calendar here on our website. I got the idea from a table cloth I saw in one of my Grandmother's crochet books a long time ago. She made it first and now I have added a few touches to it that make it special and beautiful to have either as a bookmark or as a magnet for your refrigerator.

The story of the Crosses of Love...
It started a long time ago when I was 15 yrs.old, my Grandmother was teaching me how to crochet. I saw a table cloth and I loved the cross that was on it. The both of us sat there for hours trying to come up with a pattern. She finally told me that, "If you want it to look nice then put your heart into your work, and it will come out fine, and just leave it in God's hands". So I did just that. Last year I wanted to give my family a personal gift from me, being that I moved so far away. I sat down and started to crochet the crosses (all 80 of them). I had not made one so in such a long time, that I improved on it. So many from my family and friends loved them they wanted to know where I had bought them... I laughed and said I made them. They were so taken by the gesture that they were a hit. Over the past year I have made many more and sold them and donated over 100 to our church and everyone loves them so... In the times we are living in where people are struggling and wanting to reach out for comfort, and to feel a connection to God; I created these crosses because they make me feel good and I know when I see one that I am reminded that I am not alone and that God loves me and He has blessed me. With the Holidays just around the corner again. I decided to offer them to my on-line friends, and followers of my blogs and our website! I am proud to present to you, "God's Cross of Love". I picked the name because the cross symbolizes God's love for us all. When we look at the cross we are reminded of His Love for Us All. If you put God at the center of your life... You can't go wrong. With it comes Love, Peace and Joy. Not just for the Holidays but all year round. With God all things are possible.

All Crosses are made with natural thread as you see in the picture above. I also am putting several pictures below so you can see the detail and the size. I know there are some people who favor certain colors so I have added them on here. To me every one of them is beautiful and unique, because all colors are beautiful. Regular Crosses come to you in whatever color I have on hand and I buy them in bulk so that's why the variety. I make them color coordinated, so they are pleasing to the eye. To the many of you out there who have them... You now you have a place to send your friends that love them too.

I crochet them, starch them and dress them lovingly with dried Baby's Breath, silk or paper flowers, and silk ribbon and a tassle, and if you want I can add a magnet to them for you. This cross makes a great Christmas Stocking stuffer or an anytime gift of Love to anyone you want to give them to. The process of making one cross involves alot of work but it is a labor of love. I know you will love them just as much as everyone who has one of my crosses.
